Benha University will host the second edition of its annual Robotics Competition tomorrow, Saturday, featuring participation from over 10 Egyptian universities. This initiative aligns with the university’s commitment to fostering innovation and supporting students in expanding their competencies in robotics, programming, and artificial intelligence.

​Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, highlighted that the tournament serves as a crucial academic and competitive platform. It offers inventive students across Egyptian universities an opportunity to present tech-driven projects, demonstrate innovative concepts, and exchange technical expertise.

​Prof. El-Gizawy added that through such events, the university aims to cultivate a culture of innovation and creativity, identify promising young talent, and develop student capabilities to prepare a workforce capable of adapting to rapid technological advancements and the demands of the modern industrial era.

​Furthermore, the President noted that the competition reflects the university's dedication to supporting scientific and technological activities while establishing an encouraging environment for healthy competition, innovation, and teamwork. He emphasized the importance of leveraging students' academic knowledge to create applied technological solutions that serve society and address future challenges.

​The competition will feature 30 student teams representing more than 10 Egyptian universities, competing across various robotics, coding, and artificial intelligence tracks to enhance intercollegiate collaboration and knowledge exchange.
