Welcome to the website of the Faculty of Arts, Benha University that is considered your second home. It’s worth mentioning that Faculty of Arts offers fifteen   academic programs that offered by twelve scientific departments. In addition to a number of new programs based on the credit hour system, which will be implemented starting from the next academic year 2024/2025, In addition to a number of distinguished programs being approved by the Arts Sector Committees of the Supreme Council of Universities; this is in addition to the postgraduate programs which include fifty-three programs (diploma, master’s and doctorate). They are taught by an elite group of specialized professors from The Faculty   and other Egyptian faculties of Arts. The number of undergraduate students in the Faculty is more than twelve thousand male and female students, in addition to 664 male and female postgraduate students. Our firm belief is that the student is the focus of the educational process and preparing him to face life and its challenges is the primary goal that the Faculty seeks to achieve by preparing a distinguished graduate equipped with theoretical knowledge and practical experiences. Therefore, the Faculty is keen to graduate trained cadres who achieve leadership in their academic fields of specialization in order to build the self, acquire skills, and contribute to the development of society in accordance with Egypt's vision for sustainable development 2030. The Faculty seeks to be a beacon and a center of cultural and intellectual guidance for the community by providing high-quality education that meets international quality standards, and providing an appropriate academic environment for students; it sponsors creativity and develops innovation in order to move the Faculty from excellence to local and international leadership. This is evident and clear that the Faculty has distinguished elite of distinguished professors and scholars in various academic disciplines who have received the highest awards in Egypt and abroad, such as the State’s Appreciation and Encouragement Awards and a number of Arab awards. The Faculty also includes a large number of distinguished human energies such as the faculty members’ staff and administrators who all work hard to serve the student and advance the educational and research process. Everyone at the Faculty works as one team and one family, united by respect, friendliness, understanding, love, cooperation and dedicated work, which is positively reflected in the educational process and students’ achievement, and that spirit has helped produce distinguished and creative students in scientific, cultural, sports, artistic and social activities.
