​On behalf of myself and my colleagues—including the faculty members and teaching assistants—it is my great pleasure to welcome the students of our department.

​The Mission of the Department of Arabic Language is to cultivate a promising generation dedicated to the advancement of the Arabic language, steadfast in their Islamic values and noble human principles. We aim to produce graduates who possess critical thinking skills and a broad understanding of diverse cultures. To this end, our faculty is committed to equipping students with comprehensive scientific and intellectual skills across the various branches of the Arabic language: Linguistics, Rhetoric, Literature, Criticism, and Islamic Studies.

​The Department’s primary role is to graduate specialists in Arabic Language and Literature who possess the necessary competencies for the labor market. We ensure our students remain at the forefront of contemporary knowledge and digital technologies, driven by a sincere commitment to the progress of our beloved Egypt. Our goals are aligned with achieving Sustainable Development Goals in light of Egypt's Vision 2030.
