Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president decides to assign an investigation committee in order to probe for the fact of the allegations of the university hospital’s garbage truck. El-Kady contacts with the hospital’s officials and the faculty of medicine who assures to the university president that the incident is untrue and the citizens who deal with Benha university’s hospitals have the right to fact check any rumor that may deform the reputation of the university hospitals and let them the results of the investigations as per the university president’s instructions to probe for the reality of this incident. 

As the employees and the faculties’ members in Benha University know that prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady is in UAE, he goes to the university hospital instead of his home. The university president inspects that everything in the hospital is up and running and listens to the complaints of the nurses and promises to solve them in addition to listening to their suggestions to develop the healthcare of the patients.
