The president of Benha University, the deputies, the faculties' deans, the faculties' members, the teaching assistants and the students condemn the terrorist attack in the north of Sinai against the Christians. The university stands firm and united in the face of terrorism and those who conspire against Egypt.
A workshop to warn the employees against corruption
Benha University organizes many workshops in its faculties to warn the employees against corruption from 18-2-2017 to 28-2-2017. These workshops are in the frame of the university's plan to fight corruption. These workshops are held under the auspices of the minister of higher education and prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-kady, the university president.

Workshop about the water security to be held in the faculty
Under the auspices of prof.Dr. Abeer El-Rabat, the faculty’s dean and prof.Dr. Osama Hamed, the acting deputy of community service and environment development, there is a workshop about the water security in the faculty. The faculty hosts prof.Dr. Muhammad Mohy, the professor of sociology and it is attended by prof.Dr Mustafa El-Garieb and the students of the faculty.

On Thursday, 16-2-2017, there is a forum in the English language department entitled “the impact of arts on the community culture and the human thought” having the American writer Marisa Silver as the keynote speaker of the forum. The forum is attended by the stduents of the English language department and prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president. It is important to say that Benha University is the third university to which Marisa Silver pays a visit after the Ein-Shams University and Cairo University.
