Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University discussed online with Professor .Dou Xiankang, Wuhan University President the granted scholarships from both Universities at various specialties. The meeting was held online in presence of Dr.Aref Soliman, Faculty of Engineering dean, Dr.Mustafa Rashid, faculty of Commerce dean and Dr.Hala Helmy Zayed, Faculty of Computer and Artificial Intelligence dean.
During the meeting, Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy confirmed that Benha University is keen to open up to the world by strengthening cooperation bonds and forming partnerships between Benha University and various major international universities. For his part, Dr. Hazem Elewa, the coordinator of the meeting mentioned that Wuhan University is one of the most prestigious universities in the world, as it is ranked among the best 350 universities in the world.

Leadership Selection Committee at Benha University held its meeting to interview candidatures who applied for Faculty of Computer and Artificial Intelligence. The meeting was headed by Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University and membership of the following members Dr. Galal Mustafa El Saed, the former minister of Transport, Dr.Gamal Ismael, the former Vice president for Community Service and Environment Affairs, Dr. Ragab Mijahid, the former dean of Faculty of Engineering and Dr.Mohamed Hashim, the dean at Ain Shams University.
The Committee listened to their opinions, plans, vision and the ability to make decisions and solve problems. For his part, Prof.Tamer Samir confirmed that the selection of leaders is done according to their efficiency, previous performance and Experience.

Benha University has got 11 medals at the Egyptian Universities Athletics Championship which was organized at The Olympic Center in Maadi. Benha University students' have participated at that competition under auspices of Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University, Prof.Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs and Dr. Khalid Esawy, the General Coordinator for Students' Affairs.

In his word, Dr. Musbah Kohely, the General Manager of Youth Welfare Sector said that the competition was held in the period from 4 to 5 of April 2021 and Benha University got 11 medals; 3 gold, 6 silver and 2 bronze and he also congratulated all the participants for that achievement and for their appearance with a distinguished and strong performance during the championship. For their parts, Dr. Nasser El Gizawy and Prof.Tamer Samir congratulated the champions and confirmed that Benha University will spare no effort to provide all forms of support to its distinguished champions in various fields.

Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued ministerial decrees to appoint new general managers at Benha University. On the other hand, Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University, said that the issued decrees included appointing of Mr.Ahmed Ragab Ahmed as the General Manager for Scientific and Cultural Relations at Benha University and also the renewal for Mrs.Nermin Yehia Abd El Rahman as the general manager for Administrative Affairs.

Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs , inspected during his tour today, the first semester exams at faculties of Science and Engineering. During his tour, Dr. Tamer Samir was accompanied by Dr. Aref Soliman, the Faculty of Engineering dean and Dr. Lotfy Abu Salim, the Faculty of Science dean.
. Prof. Dr. Tamer Samir inspected the implemented precautionary measures to protect students and employees during exams process such as checking students' temperature, keeping suitable spaces among students and wearing masks . He also assured that Benha University is keen on following exams process constantly and providing a safe environment and a suitable psychological atmosphere for students during exams, especially in light of the current circumstances and facing the Corona pandemic

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University, inaugurated "Leadership and Influence Program" which is approved by the Supreme Council of Universities and aims to qualify candidates for Faculties' Deanship.
El Gizawy said that the program is organized by Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC) and it lasts for three days; totally 18 training hours. El Gizawy also mentioned that the program discusses the following aspects; Effective communication skills, dealing with others, leadership, Supervision and team management skills, Problem-solving and Decision-making skills, Legal and financial aspects of universities, Time and meeting management, Anti-corruption and Spreading values of integrity and transparency. On the other hand, Dr.Hany Shehta, the manager of Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC) said that all session are delivered by a number of scientific and academic leaders at Benha University that includes Dr. Abdul Rahim Shoulah, Dr. Eman Al-Bitar, Dr. Alaa Abd El Ghaffar, Dr. Reda Abd El Halim, and Dr. Gamal Sousa.
