Mohamed Abdel Zaher, the Governor of Qalyoubia has assigned Prof. Dr. Yasser Sohail, the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, Benha University to design the new memorial which will be built in front of Benha Sports Club instead of the old memorial which will be demolished in the frame of developing the Capital of the Governorate.
