During China-Arab University Presidents Forum held in Yinchuan at Ningxia Hui, China in the duration from 10/09/2015 to 14/09/2015; Benha University has signed the document of joining to the Alliance of Ancient Silk Road Universities which includes 100 universities for cooperation and exchange to contribute in developing the peoples throughout openness and cooperation in the fields of higher education. 

     In the presence of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University and the representatives of the strategic planning in the faculties in addition to the University leaders; the workshop No.31 has been held at the University main building to present the position of the strategic plan of each faculty and put a plan for the central team to set the University strategy. 

      In the frame of Benha University policy for openness to the world and building a strong partnership with the global universities; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abu Salem, the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine has visited Ohio State University in the United States of America to discuss the cooperation ways between the two Universities in the field of veterinary science.
