Statement of required documents for newcomers' students

• A letter from the embassy of the student, directed to the college, indicating whether the student will study at his own expense or at the expense of his country.
• A copy of the passport must be valid.
• Equivalent from the Supreme Council of Universities to the last qualification obtained by the student.
• All student scientific certificates.
• Completion of forms for expatriates (four data forms - five information forms).
• Completion of registration applications for the faculty, its location from the supervisors of the research and from the head of the scientific department.
• The approval of the Scientific Department Council to register.
• 2 copies of the study plan and signed from the supervisors of the letter.
• A statement from the Ain Shams University Information Center confirms that the subject has not been registered before.

Study expenses

• £ 1200 fee for the first time (MS-PhD).
• £ 1200 tuition fee per year for a Master's degree.
• £ 1200 tuition fee per year for a PhD.

Registration Steps

• Preliminary approval from the College Council.
• Preliminary approval from the university studies council.
• Approval of the administration of expatriates from the Supreme Council of Universities.
• Final approval from the College Council.
• Final approval from the Council of Studies of the University.
