Benha University Opens Applications for the Position of Secretary of the Faculty of Arts
Benha University announces the opening of applications for the position of Secretary of the Faculty of Arts, classified under leadership positions. Applications will be accepted until Monday, April 6, 2026.
Eligibility Requirements:
- The applicant must have served at least one year in the immediate lower job level (Level A1) within the state administrative apparatus, or have a total professional experience of at least 17 years relevant to the nature of the position outside the state administrative apparatus.
General Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual plan for the administration under their supervision, establish operational programs and requirements, and follow up on implementation to ensure compliance with regulations, bylaws, and directives, while proposing improvements to enhance administrative performance.
- Propose human resources requirements based on workload analysis, and identify necessary training to improve efficiency.
Specialized Responsibilities:
- Supervise the documentation of all faculty data, records, and official documents, whether in paper or electronic format.
- Develop the overall framework for faculty operational plans, issue necessary decisions to achieve organizational objectives, and submit them to the Dean of the Faculty.
