Selection of Courses (Number of Credit Hours per Semester) for Master's and PhD Students

1. The minimum number of credit hours for registration is 6 credit hours per semester.

2. The maximum number of credit hours for registration is 18 credit hours per semester.

3. Students may register for a maximum of 30% of the required credit hours outside their department, faculty, or university, as part of the credit hours required for obtaining the degree, subject to the approval of the academic advisor. The academic advisor shall monitor the student throughout their studies outside the department. These credit hours shall be added to the credit hours completed by the student in their registered department.

4. References shall be selected in accordance with the guidelines of the Department Council.
