Code of Conduct and Ethical Charter for Academic and Administrative Staff – Faculty of Arts, Benha University
In line with the Faculty of Arts' commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards across all segments of the university community, a joint meeting and workshop for the Leadership and Governance Quality Standard was convened on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Held under the patronage of Prof. Amjad Hegazy, Dean of the Faculty, the session was chaired by Dr. Moustafa El-Deeb, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit, Prof. Waleed Samir, Director of the Strategic Planning Unit, and Dr. Eslam Salama, Standard Coordinator, with the attendance of standard committee members and administrative staff.
The workshop culminated in the formulation of the updated Code of Conduct and Ethical Charter for Academic and Administrative Staff. This charter establishes institutional benchmarks designed to enhance transparency, accountability, integrity, equity, and non-discrimination, while actively fostering a culture of mutual respect. These ethical updates aim to cultivate a more equitable, responsible, and reliable academic environment for all stakeholders at the Faculty of Arts, Benha University.
