 4. Facilitating and activating the adoption of E-Learning courseware.

 5. Providing specialized IT skills training and instructional technology workshops.

 6. Delivering comprehensive technical assistance and troubleshooting services.

Services for Students

 1. Issuing official student academic email accounts (.edu.eg).

 2. Publishing class timetables, examination schedules, seating arrangements, and academic results on the faculty portal (www.feng.bu.edu.eg).

 3. Activating and facilitating student access to digital course platforms.

 4. Offering training sessions on university digital platforms and IT services.

E-Learning Initiatives

 1. The unit activates electronic courses developed by Benha University or participating Egyptian universities under the National E-Learning Project, providing dedicated user accounts for enrolled students.

 2. Delivering hands-on training for both students and course instructors on navigating and utilizing e-courses effectively.

 3. Currently, two e-learning courses are actively deployed in the Electrical Engineering Department.
