The Leadership Selection Committee at Benha University has received applicants for the leaderships' positions in presence of Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University, Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs, Dr. Huda Sharawy , the former deputy for Benha University and Dr. Ashraf Shams El Din , the professor at faculty of Commerce .
The Committee has held its meeting today to conduct interviews with the employees applying for the supervision positions and the Committee listened to the proposals, ideas of job applicants, the way they manage the sectors they have applied for, their vision for development, the speed of completion work, and the ability to make decisions and solve problems. El Gizawy stressed that the selection of applicants for leadership positions is carried out through the committee and in accordance with the necessary criteria to select the most qualified and appropriate among them to occupy leadership positions at the university.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University issued several decisions which included the following; Dr. Abd El Fattah Munjed Abd El Fattah as the head of Zoology department at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Abu Bakr Mohamed Farag as the head of Pharmacology department at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Dr.El Sayed Hassan Mohamed as the head of agricultural economics departments .Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy hopes for them best wishes and great success at their new positions.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University , deputies of the University , deans of faculties and all the staff at Benha University mourn Haj Mahmoud Al-Arabi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Group and a man of national industry and nicknamed Traders' Shah Bandar and they hope for him forgiveness and mercy.
On its statement, Benha University condolenced his family and Confirmed that the late was an honorable national model for Egyptian trade and industry men.
