  1. Enhancing the skills and capabilities of employees and faculty members in dealing with crises and disasters that may occur at the college.

  2. Focusing on completing and developing the equipment and devices used to address crises and disasters.

Main Areas of the Plan

  1. Optimal use of equipment and devices.

  2. Sharing and exchanging successful experiences and practices in dealing with crises and disasters, whether natural or resulting from emergency circumstances.

  3. Focusing on the systems operated by service units in the various departments.

  4. Increasing the efficiency of the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit and developing the capabilities of its personnel.

  5. Continuous training on developing different scenarios for crisis management.

  6. Collecting and analyzing information in cooperation with specialists.

  7. Informing the media when present, in order to prevent the spread of rumors.

  8. Neither underestimating nor exaggerating the crisis or disaster.

  9. Mobilizing service units (ambulance, rescue teams, industrial safety, electricity, water, sewage, natural gas safety unit, etc.) to intervene in addressing the incident.

  10. Drawing lessons learned and modifying previously developed scenarios accordingly.
