A series of educational seminars and awareness sessions have been conducted on topics including:

  • Psychological stress and coping strategies.
  • Bullying and strategies for addressing it within the university environment.
  • Time management and academic procrastination.
  • Emotional intelligence and academic success.
  • Psychological and social adjustment to university life.

In addition, a number of training and professional development programs have been implemented for members of the Unit, including:

  • Intelligence assessment.
  • Mental disorders: causes, symptoms, and treatment approaches.
  • Multidimensional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Ethics of professional psychological counseling and psychotherapy practice.

Unit Services

All services provided by the Unit are free of charge.

The Unit is dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of students, faculty members, teaching assistants, and administrative staff within the Faculty.

It provides specialized counseling and guidance services aimed at enhancing psychological well-being and promoting academic adjustment and success.

The Unit also assists students, faculty members, teaching assistants, and administrative staff in managing psychological stress, developing positive coping skills, and adopting effective stress-management strategies.

Services are delivered through individual and group psychological support sessions, as well as professional psychological consultations provided by qualified mental health specialists. These services help ensure a safe and supportive environment that enables individuals to achieve their highest levels of academic performance and psychological well-being.
