Vision

To become a leading and effective model in promoting mental health within the university community, contributing to the development of students who are capable of achieving academic and social adjustment with themselves and their society.

Mission

To provide specialized preventive, counseling, and therapeutic psychological support services to the Faculty’s students and staff. The Unit seeks to promote mental well-being, develop personal and social skills, and prevent psychological disorders, thereby positively enhancing academic performance and university life.

General Goal

To promote the mental health and well-being of students and staff at the University and to provide the necessary psychological support and awareness within a safe and balanced educational environment.

Unit Objectives

  • Provide psychological support and counseling services to students and staff of the University.
  • Promote awareness of mental health and contribute to the prevention of psychological disorders.
  • Ensure early intervention in cases of psychological or behavioral crises.
  • Support students with special needs and those experiencing psychological stress.
  • Contribute to creating a healthy and psychologically safe university environment.
